1. How long does shipping take?

Once you add the product to your shopping cart and provide the adress you will be able to see approximately how many days it takes until you get your order. General Shipping times are as below:

• US / UK / Canada: 5-15 Working Days
• EU: 5-8 Working Days 
• Germany: 2-3 Working Days
• ROW: 10-30 Working Days depending on the location

2. Can I return the item I purchased?

Since we do made to order (producing after your order based on the size and other parameters you provided) we do not accept any returns unless the product has defects or damaged during transport. For more details please see our Refund Policy.
